In the Technology section of the New York Times today, read an article on Podcasting and bringing the technology to the mainstream.  If you want to keep up, you can read

Perhaps you have chosen to focus on the incorrect objective for yourself when you have so many e-mails to answer -

Is there a way to delegate the opening and reading of some of those e-mails to someone else - to have them filtered with some criteria that you set yourself and reduce your load as to which subjects you are spending your time responding to?

Is this program of yours "successful on your own terrms" and are things growing in a manner which fits a time schedule such that you are able to sustain yourself during the process?
