Regarding Patsi's first tip on "Where is you reader's pain?"
Pay attention to questions your customers or readers email to you.
Many of my blog posts come directly from my readers' questions. To save time, I simply cut and paste my answer into my blog and ask their permission before I use their name.

Yes, Joan, that is another source for content, I'll add it to the list to make 18. A reader of my blog CoachEzines.com added #19: Read comments on others' blog posts to see what people are thinking/doing. Anyone else out there want to make it an even 20?
