Reader John Trosko alerted me to a blog post by Stephan Spencer about teens migrating from MySpace to a not-so-new social networking site called Bebo. Sad to say, I had not heard of Bebo. I'll check it out and report later. There are way too many of these social networking sites to keep track of.
What also caught my attention is the fact that over half of MySpace visitors are aged 35 or older. Hmmm, so how to catch the attention of all those visitors and turn them into customers? That's something I'm still working on and seems to depend a lot on how many "friends" you have. Wanna be my friend?

Myspace is no place for a small business to market themselves for the fact that they will delete your profile if it is used for promotion. Unless you pay for advertising first.
Your better of with a zooped.com profile that caters to businesses and provides us with a platform to advertise and market for free.
Zooped.com is a perfect blend of music users and businesses.
Business profiles have their own category and are clearly separated from their user base making them easy to navigate and spot.
