Emails Designed for Outlook 2007
I personally don't use it, but the majority of Internet users do use Outlook to read and send email. I read a very interesting post today about how to format your HTML emails (ezines included here) so they can be viewed as you intend them, in Outlook 2007.
Marketing Sherpa is one of my favorite ezines for practical marketing tips. There is a post with tips about what NOT to do when you format HTML for email delivery. If you insist on HTML newsletters, then this is important info to read and study.
There is an ongoing debate about whether one should use HTML email. Recipients tend to say they prefer it, but many marketing experts refuse to send HTML because of deliverablity problems. It's your personal decision, and you better know how to do it so your emails can be properly read.
