I've been reluctant to jump on all the Social Media networking sites - until Denise alerted me to a shortcut called Ping.fm. At Ping, I can post what I'm doing and it gets uploaded to all my favorite sites: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, MySpace.
One post, one click of a mouse, and I'm done with my part of the equation. Of course, the other part of making these sites work for business is reading what other people are doing and commenting. If only there was a "ping" for that!
The good folks at Ping.fm recently changed the code to invite friends to register and use the service. So if you haven't started using it yet and want to, leave a comment and we'll send you the new beta invitation code. Of course it's free.

I love using Twitter but am certainly open to trying something new. What a great way to help spread the word about your business and/or your blog! Social networking is fun and effective!
