I'll say it again...Twitter is an amazing tool. If you're not using Twitter, then start now. Due to the growth of our business, we recently hired a Virtual Assistance firm to help us with customer service and scheduling the myriad requests we get for consults, speaking gigs and teleseminars. We're looking for a robust online scheduling tool.
I put my request out on Twitter and within minutes I had dozens of responses and suggestions. Amazing. The predominant suggestions were for TimeDriver, Appointment Quest and Google Calendar (which we use, but I'm not sure it can really do what we want). I'll be checking out these systems over the weekend and make a decision by Monday.
Tapping into the wisdom of the crowd and using Twitter as a research tool saved me a lot of time and as always, helped deepen my connection with followers. NOTE: Always thank everyone who sends a response. You'll make even more friends that way!
If you're not on Twitter yet, go get The Twitter Handbook, just published and the ultimate guide to getting started and making the most of Twitter.

Denise, would you let us all know what one, if any of these, you pick and why? I've been on the search for a while and not found quite what I want, so I'd love to learn from your experiences as well.
Thank you!
