I'm curious..are you using video to engage your prospects, customers, clients? Are you using video to promote your business and get more visibility?
I have a one-question survey here and would love to know.
I've been asking this question via twitter and the predominant answer is "I would if I had more time." Hmm. Online video as become so simple to do, that it doesn't take a lot of time to shoot, produce and distribute.
I wrote about my video education here along with my fav video camera - The Flip.
Video can be as easy as doing 12 second tips with a webcam -- see my 12 second blog tips here.
Personally, I think every professional, business person, blogger should have a Flip Video Camera. It's inexpensive and incredibly simple to use. My colleague Lou Bortone has written a free guide about how to use the Flip which you can get on his site.
So tell me: what's stopping you from implementing a video strategy for getting more online visibility for your business? I suppose I should have created a video for this post...
I love the Flip - just got one for xmas. I plan to use it a lot ... soon. Once I get my hair done, lol!

An interesting idea. I always have stayed away from it because I thought it would be too difficult AND I didn't see how it would be more helpful than blogging the traditional way. But I'm open to exploring ... I have a Mac, so maybe I could try using the built in camera and iMovie (I think that's what it's called). Thanks for the suggestion!

The Flip is incredibly easy to use. It also makes the video upload process simple, since it one-click uploads directly to YouTube! Check it out!

I guess I should have bought myself one for Christmas. Did purchase two of them for the kiddos and they have been really enjoying it. Now I'm going to get one for me and upload some videos on my site!

The Flip is so inexpensive that I'll repeat: every business person should own a Flip and start occasionally posting videos on their blog. http://www.ilovetheflip.com
