Rick Raddatz was my guest on a call to discuss conference call best practices and highlight his new conference calling system, NConnects. So everyone on the webcast got cut off. Yikes! That's never happened to me before. Luckily, I was also connected to the NConnects system so I had a backup recording so you don't miss a thing.
