Not on MySpace? Here's how to sign up:

Already on MySpace? Scroll down for your instructions.

=> Go to www.myspace.com .

=> Click on "Sign Up" (this button will be in the Log In box next to "Log In" under the username and password boxes).

=> Fill in the required fields on the next page. . .. You will be providing an email address, so make sure it is an address that works. You will need to confirm your account.

=> Optional - Upload a photo, and after you've submitted a photo you will be presented with a screen to invite your friends. You may skip this step if you choose.

That's it for signing up!

Now, you have to add "Denise aka The Blog Squad" as your friend.

=> Go to the toolbar in blue at the top of your screen click "Search" and type "Denise Wakeman".

=> When my profile appears on the list, click on the link and then click on my name Denise aka The Blog Squad or you can just use the link below

This will take you to my profile.

=> Look under my picture at the top left of my page, and there is an area called "Contacting Denise". Click "add to friends" then confirm that you really want to do it and a Friend Request will be automatically sent to me.

=> After you make a friend request to add Denise, then you will send me a personal message so I can send you the link to your free audio training. Be sure to add me as a friend first, though, before you send the message.

Here's how you send me a personal message:

=> In the same box where you clicked "add to friends" you will see a link "send a message"

=> Click the "send a message" link and then send me a message telling me you
made a friend request. Put 'Send me my training" in the subject line. I will then send you the link to the recording.

and just underneath my picture you will see a box that says "contacting Denise"

Click on "send a message"
Use the subject line "send me my training" and I'll send you a link to a 67 minute audio file you can listen to online or download to your MP3 player or iPod.
