Google Launches Web Elements for Your Blog

I got a heads up yesterday from a reporter for the San Jose Mercury News that Google was launching some new tools for bloggers today at their annual developers conference, and she wanted to ask my opinion after the announcement (today).  Never say "no" to a media interview, right?!

So I did some snooping around and found the page for Google press releases and refreshed the page at the appointed time of 9:00 a.m. PT. Voila, there was the release right on schedule.

Among other announcements, here's what Google has launched for blogs and websites:

Biz Tips Blog is TypePad Featured Blog Today!

I'm thrilled to say that this blog is the TypePad Featured Blog today! Coincidentally, it's also  my third blogiversary. I started this blog in September 2004 after my partner Patsi Krakoff started CoachEzines on September 4, 2004. The purpose was to publish my Next Level Biz Tips and there are now over 1000 posts on subjects ranging from Internet Marketing to Marketing Trends, Affiliate Marketing, MySpace and much more.

With so much content, it's hard to say where to start.
